Dynamic English School, Karjat, celebrated the 16th National Voters' Day on 25th January 2026 with full enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The celebration was conducted to educate students about the importance of voting, democratic responsibilities, and active citizenship.
Theme of the Celebration: 'My Vote, My India – Power of One Vote'
Morning Assembly: A special assembly was conducted under the guidance of the Social Science Department. It included the school prayer, thought of the day, news headlines, and a few motivational speeches emphasizing the significance of voting and democracy.
Class-wise Presentations: Students from Classes VI to IX participated in presentations with posters, speeches, charts, and slogans, showcasing the importance of responsible voting and civic awareness.
Mock Voting Activity: Students designed their own Voter ID cards, ballot papers, and ballot boxes, and took part in a simulated voting process, gaining practical knowledge about elections and the power of every vote.
Coordination and Supervision: The event was organized by Yogita Ma'am and Sushila Ma'am from the Social Science faculty, with the guidance and support of Principal Baiju Kunnathur Thomas. Their teamwork ensured the program was well-planned, informative, and impactful.
National Voters' Day Pledge: All students and teachers took the National Voters' Day Pledge, committing to uphold democratic values and exercise their right to vote responsibly.
The celebration of the 16th National Voters' Day at Dynamic English School, Karjat, was a grand success. It instilled a strong sense of national pride, civic responsibility, and democratic awareness in the students.
On 19 January 2026, a Market Day was organized at Dynamic English School, Karjat, an English-medium school known for providing quality education.
During this Market Day, young students enthusiastically set up their own small stalls. The market was divided into sections such as food items, vegetables, and stationery. The event witnessed the presence of Honourable Shri Rajendra Phalke, Founder President of the Institution; Shri Damodar Adsul, Secretary; Shri Baiju Kunnathur Thomas, Principal; Mrs. Sangeeta Thorat, Vice-Principal; along with many parents.
Several students set up various stalls and actively participated in selling their products. Through this activity, students gained firsthand experience in selling, understanding money transactions, maintaining accounts, and developing a practical and entrepreneurial outlook. The Market Day was organized with the objective of inculcating life skills and practical knowledge among students.
The school's initiative received very positive feedback from parents, who appreciated and congratulated the school for organizing such a meaningful and experiential learning activity.
All the teachers of the school worked hard and contributed significantly to the successful organization of this programme.
Grandparents Day and the Haldi-Kumkum ceremony were celebrated with great enthusiasm at Dynamic English School, Karjat.
The programme was planned and organized by the Pre-Primary teachers Ms. Mayuri Zharekari, Ms. Pallavi Matkar, Ms. Uzma Pathan, and Ms. Pooja More.
The event was graced by the presence of Shri Rajendra Tatya Phalke, President of the Sadguru Gramvikas Prathishtan; Shri Chavan Sir, Trustee; Shri Baiju Kunnathur Thomas, Principal of the School; and Mrs. Thorat Sangita, Vice-Principal.
The programme was compered by Ms. Zharekari Madam.
The parents present expressed their views and shared their experiences. The grandparents joyfully danced with their grandchildren to music, creating a lively and cheerful atmosphere. They also participated in the musical chair game, which allowed them to relive their childhood memories.
Shri Rajendra Tatya Phalke, President, shared his thoughts and addressed the gathering.
